Multispares, a trusted supplier of truck, bus and trailer parts across Australia and New Zealand, is looking for a Parts Interpreter Trainee to join our Christchurch team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals while working towards a nationally recognised qualification through the MITO Apprenticeship Programme.

What You'll Be Learning
As a Parts Interpreter Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in:
Identifying and interpreting heavy vehicle spare parts
Assisting customers over the phone, email and at the trade counter
Understanding vehicle systems, parts catalogues and electronic parts systems
Processing quotes, orders and invoices
Building strong product knowledge across truck, trailer and bus parts
Delivering outstanding customer service
Working collaboratively with branch, warehouse and sales teams
What We're Looking For

Have a genuine interest in trucks, automotive or mechanical industries
Enjoy problem-solving and helping customers
Have strong communication skills
Are reliable, motivated and keen to learn
Have good attention to detail
Enjoy working as part of a team
Have basic computer skills
Previous parts experience is not required. We will train the right person.
