The role
We are seeking a Trainee Spare Parts Interpreter / Warehouse Store Person to work with bus and truck parts at our welcoming branch. You will begin your new career in the warehouse, where you will enhance your understanding of truck and bus parts. The team will provide mentorship and training in every facet of your new position. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance and evolve into a career focused on heavy vehicle automotive spare parts.
- General warehouse duties, including pick/pack, receiving and dispatch
- Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential
- Customer service in person, phone and email
- Parts Interpretation, sourcing and ordering
- Processing customer orders
About You
- A hunger to learn and take the next step to build your career
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive industry
- Experience in customer service - Essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- High level of attention to detail
- Computer Literate
